Delivery

We deliver to the following areas:

WF1 – Eastmoor, Kirkthorpe, Newton Hill, Outwood, Wakefield City Centre

WF2 – Alverthorpe, Carr Gate, Flanshaw, Hall Green, Kirkhamgate, Kettlethorpe, Lupset, Portobello, Newmillerdam, Sandal, Thornes, Walton, Wrenthorpe, Woolgreaves, Peacock, Pledwick

WF3 – Carlton, East Ardsley, Lofthouse, Lofthouse Gate, Robin Hood, Stanley, Thorpe, Tingley, West Ardsley

WF4 – Crigglestone, Crofton, Durkar, Flockton, Havercroft, Horbury, Netherton, New Crofton, Ryhill, West Bretton, Woolley

WF5 – Gawthorpe, Healey, Ossett

The following delivery charges apply

WF1 – £5.00 or Free when spending £25.00 or more

WF2 – £2.50 or Free when spending £25.00 or more

WF3 – £5.00  or Free when spending £50.00 or more

WF4 – £5.00 or Free when spending £50.00 or more

S71 – £2.50 or Free when spending £25.00 or more

The delivery days are Monday – Friday for Wakefield area, and Wednesday & Sunday for Royston

When you order your goods, you have a choice of time when you would like you delivery made. The time slots are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 1:00pm – 3:00pm and 3:00pm – 5:00pm (Wakefield)

Wednesday – 1:00pm – 3:00pm (Wakefield)  3:00pm – 5:00pm (Royston)

Sunday – 10:00am – 12:00pm (Royston)

 

If you place your order before 11am Monday – Friday, you can choose to have your order delivered later that day.

 

If you would like a delivery out of these hours, please do not hesitate to get in touch, it may be possible to arrange an alternative time.

Rather than using 3rd party delivery services such as Royal Mail or couriers, we have chosen to deliver the goods ourselves. There are a number of reasons for using doing it this way.

  • You choose what day you want your delivery made as well as time slot, therefore you know when to expect it.
  • There will be no packing of the product into boxes which is good for the environment.
  • There is no risk of damage during transit.
  • The personal touch

Please note that you will be required to sign for the delivery. We cannot leave your order in a special place or with a neighbour. If for any reason you are going to be out when your order is due to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible

If you would like to place an order and there isn’t a suitable day / time for you to accept your delivery, please not hesitate to get in touch. It may be possible to arrange a delivery outside of the slots available.

We are unable to leave your order in a special place or with a neighbour as it has to be signed for.

How to use the site

Once you have decided to place an order, add the chosen item to the basket. When you are ready to pay, you can go to your basket to make any changes. Go to the checkout and fill in your email, name, address, postcode and phone number. The delivery charge will automatically change dependent on your address. Once this is done, please select the delivery day your require your order, the time will then appear.

Once this is done, you can then go to the payment section and add your details. You can either pay directly with your credit/debit card or pay via PayPal. All payment methods are fully secure and none of your details will be kept on Nordale Garden and Home website server.

Once you are happy with your order, please press “Place Order”. You will get your order confirmation as well as Invoice to your inbox.

If you use a voucher code and it does not work, it may be because you are trying to use it on items already reduced. These items cannot be reduced any further unless it says otherwise. If you feel it should work and does not please contact us

Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund your order.

If you have changed your mind and wish to return your order, please contact us You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please note that the item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging where applicable. Do not send the item(s) back to us as we will arrange to be collected. Any item found to be in a used or damaged state will not be accepted.
